Paragould, Arkansas USA – We are excited to introduce Alan Rogers to the AEC family. Alan has accepted the role as Allen Engineering Corporation’s (AEC) Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Jay Allen, President and CEO, announced Alan Rogers as the new and first-ever Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Allen Engineering Corp. (AEC) after the company’s January board meeting. Alan joined AEC in December of ’21 and will be responsible for the accounting, information technology, human resource, and administration functions of the company. Rogers will report to the President and CEO.

Alan was born and raised in Paragould, Arkansas (AEC’s headquarters city) earned two degrees from Harding University and is a CPA. Rogers has 10 years of experience in public accounting and is a past president of the NE Arkansas Society of CPAs. Alan served as a Director of Finance with another Northeast Arkansas family-owned business before moving to AEC. Rogers is married with three children.

 Allen Engineering is a second-generation family-owned and operated company focused on solving concrete contractors’ greatest quality and productivity issues on their job sites. Allen Engineering designs, engineers, and manufacturers concrete equipment in its fully integrated manufacturing plant in Paragould, Arkansas.
