Pat Holder has worked for AEC for more than 16 years. Pat is a part of the Research & Development department. He has played a significant role in bringing new equipment ideas to life. Pat is currently located in the formerly known "South Building," but recently renamed the "J. Dewayne Allen Paving Equipment and Product Development Center." His daily responsibilities include troubleshooting Allen equipment and overseeing electrical wiring and hydraulic concerns.

Pat lives in Peach Orchard, Arkansas, with his family. When he is not at Allen Engineering, he enjoys working out in his shop. He spends most of his free time in his shop, making and repairing muscle cars. Currently, he is building a muscle car for his grandson. For a while, he worked alongside his brother in their auto repair shop after completing a full day at Allen.

When Pat was asked what he liked best about working for Allen Engineering, his response was a perfect fit for his job responsibilities; he enjoys being a part of the new design and development of Allen equipment. He continues to learn something new each day, which he can apply to better his daily tasks. He finds great satisfaction in being a part of the changes and witnessing equipment develop from the ground up.
