Construction Materials Group was founded in 1976, in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, as a ready mixed concrete producer.

Realizing the needs of their customers encompass an ever increasing variety of products and services, they are constantly expanding to meet those needs.

The various divisions of Conmat Group provide reinforcing steel, building materials, precast/prestressed concrete products, on-site crushing services, and construction recycling throughout the MidAtlantic region. In addition, ready mixed concrete, crushed stone, and asphalt divisions service the I-81 corridor of Virginia.

Construction Materials Group (CMG) is one division of Conmat Group which focuses on providing concrete equipment in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and North Carolina. CMG has had a relationship with Allen Engineering for several years keeping an inventory of Allen products in each of their seven locations and providing sales and support to their customers.
