MARK A. CONTE // PAVING EQUIPMENT SALES DIRECTOR

A little over a year ago, Mark Conte joined Team Allen. The Cleveland native currently promotes, markets, and sells Allen paving equipment.

Mark was no stranger to the concrete industry upon deciding to join the team. He grew up in a family owned concrete flatwork contractor business, and has worked across the spectrum of the concrete and asphalt industries, including the sales of hot-mix asphalt plants and paving equipment.

When asked what he likes best about his current position Mark said, “I enjoy the freedom to express opinions and discuss ideas that become reality with current paving products and the development of new products.”

In his free time Mark enjoys spending time with his four children and attending their sporting events. He also enjoys gardening and firing up the grill.

Bet You Didn’t Know: Mark collects antique golf clubs and re-purposes old antique factory carts to make coffee tables.
