Joey started his career in 2013 as a member of AEC's Leadership Training Program (LTP). During his LTP rotations, Joey worked in various production departments before completing his final rotation in the customer service department, where he first had direct interaction with AEC's customers. Joey then moved on to International Sales, where he worked as an International Sales Assistant before becoming the International Sales Manager in 2016. After working in International Sales for a few years, Joey was promoted to Sales Director of Outside Sales in 2021, and then to Director of Sales and Marketing in 2022. Joey has demonstrated exceptional adaptability to the needs of AEC and the concrete construction industry.

Joey holds a bachelor's degree from Arkansas State University as well as a master's degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
