How long does it take for a Freight Quote?

Up to 24 hours

What do i do if I receive a damaged shipment?

Check the shipment for damage or missing product before the driver leaves and note on the driver log.

Order Questions

How do I order parts?

To place a parts order you will need to email a PO to customerservice@alleneng.com. PO's cannot be given over the phone

Where do I find part pricing and availability?

Where do I find freight costs on my parts order?

Do I have to call to get freight quotes?

Do I have to call to get freight costs and to track orders?

At the current moment, yes. In the near future, you may look up any freight costs and track any orders the day after they’ve shipped using our Allen Net. To get set up on the Allen Net, contact our Customer Service team to get started.

Once you have an account, log in, and click “Order Search”. If your account has been linked to your AEC Account Number, your orders should display here. If you have not linked your account, please contact our Customer Service team.

Is there a dropship fee?

There is no fee for drop shopping

Is there a product minimum to place an order?

There is no minimum on placing part orders

We use 048386 - Kluber Oil in our gearboxes

What causes my rider to wobble?

Check your trowel arms for bends. They may be out of adjustment.

What causes the clutch on a walk-behind to stay engaged?

The spring broke keeping weights engaged.
